That Stuff I Found Along the Way

Tofurky

Ingredients:

  • 200g Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 20g Nutritional Yeast
  • 2T. Olive Oil
  • 1T. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Bullion Cube
  • 200 ml Water

Method:

  1. Mix liquid ingredients and bullion together until the bullion has disolved.
  2. Mix rest of ingredients together thoroughly.
  3. Knead for about 5 minutes.
  4. Wrap in tinfoil like a sausage.
  5. Bake at 120C (250F) for about 3 hours.
