Tofurky
Ingredients:
- 200g Vital Wheat Gluten
- 20g Nutritional Yeast
- 2T. Olive Oil
- 1T. Soy Sauce
- 1 Bullion Cube
- 200 ml Water
Method:
- Mix liquid ingredients and bullion together until the bullion has disolved.
- Mix rest of ingredients together thoroughly.
- Knead for about 5 minutes.
- Wrap in tinfoil like a sausage.
- Bake at 120C (250F) for about 3 hours.
