Fauxnard
Ingredients:
- 100 g Almonds (chopped, preferably peeled and roasted)
- 150 ml Grated Parmesan
- 150 ml Bread Crumbs
- 2 T Onion (chopped)
- 3 Eggs
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Boil the "meat" balls in broth for 5 minutes.
- Fry in oil.
