Fauxnard

Ingredients:

  • 100 g Almonds (chopped, preferably peeled and roasted)
  • 150 ml Grated Parmesan
  • 150 ml Bread Crumbs
  • 2 T Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Boil the "meat" balls in broth for 5 minutes.
  3. Fry in oil.
