Coconut Bacon
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 C Flaked Coconut
- 2 T Liquid Smoke
- 1 T Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 1 T Maple Syrup
- 1 T Water
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Method:
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Combine liquid smoke, Braggs, maple syrup, and water in a large mixing bowl.
- Gently toss the coconut in the liquid mixture.
- Add smoked paprika and toss to coat evenly.
- Pour onto a non-stick baking sheet and place in oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Flip the bacon about every 5 minutes so it cooks evenly.
Note:
Pay attention to the bacon while it is cooking or it will burn.
