That Stuff I Found Along the Way

Black Bean Chili

Ingredients:

  • 28 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 200 g Black Beans Dried and Prepared
  • 1 C TVP (or any sort of meat crumble you like)
  • 1 Cube Vegetable Bullion
  • 2 T Cumin
  • 2 T Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 C Water
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a slow cooker add all ingredients.
  2. Cook on low for about 2 hours.
