Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 C Packed Basil Leaves
- 1/3 C Olive Oil
- 1/2 C Pine Nuts (finely chopped)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method:
- Place basil, olive oil, walnuts, garlic and salt (if using) in food processor.
- Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add Parmesan and blend 5-10 seconds more.
