Sahtea
Ingredients:
- 1 Gal Kombucha
- 750 ml Water
- 5 g Fresh Rosemary
- 5 Bay Leaves
- 10 g Fresh Mint
- 5 g Elderflower (dried)
- 10 g Juniper Berries
- 40 g Sugar
Method:
- Boil all ingredients in water for about 30 minutes.
- Let mixture cool to less than 32C (90F).
- Remove all spices.
- Mix in sugar.
- Add spice syrup to kombucha.
- Bottle.
Notes:
Using a bag for the spices will make getting spices out of water easier.
