Jalapeno Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 Jalapeno (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 C Walnuts (soaked for 4 hours)
- 1/4 C Sun-Dried Tomatoes (soaked until very soft)
- 1/8 C Soaking Water (from Sun-Dried Tomatoes)
- 1 T Braggs
- 1 tsp Hamburger Seasonings
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Method:
- Blend walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes, and soaking water in a food blender until mixture has a meat-like consistency.
- In a mixing bowl, lightly mix together walnut meat, onions, jalapeno peppers, Braggs, salt and pepper.
- Shape into 6 patties.
- Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 1 hour.
