Vegan Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2/3 C Sugar
- 1/4 C Cocoa Powder
- 3 T Corn Starch
- 2 1/4 C Plant Based Milk
- 2 T Vegan Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method:
- Mix all dry ingredients together in medium pot.
- Slowly stir in plant based milk.
- Heat on medium heat until mixture is slightly thinner than pudding.
- Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
- Refrigerate for 1.5 hours or serve warm.
