That Stuff I Found Along the Way

Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C Plant Based Milk
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 1/4 C Melted Plant Based Butter
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 1 C unbleached all-purpose
  • flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend milk, water, 1/4 C butter, sugar, syrup, flour, and salt.
  2. Cover and chill the mixture for 2 hours.
  3. Lightly grease a 5 to 6 inch skillet with some butter.
  4. Heat the skillet until hot.
  5. Pour approximately 3 T batter into the skillet.
  6. Swirl to make the batter cover the skillet's bottom.
  7. Cook until golden, flip and cook on opposite side.
