Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Small Ripe Bananas
  • 1 C All Purpose Flour
  • 2/3 C Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 C Plant Based Milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  2. Stir in the milk and finely chopped bananas just until moistened.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan, using approximately 1/4 C for each pancake.
  5. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
