Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 Small Ripe Bananas
- 1 C All Purpose Flour
- 2/3 C Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 C Plant Based Milk
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Stir in the milk and finely chopped bananas just until moistened.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan, using approximately 1/4 C for each pancake.
- Brown on both sides and serve hot.
