Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
- 100% Flour
- 10% Yeast
- 2% Salt
- 2% Honey
- 2% Olive Oil
- 60% Water
- 10% Gluten
- Corn Meal (for pan dusting)
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
- Place in oiled bowl and cover with moist towel.
- Let rise until dough has doubled in size.
- Split dough in two and form pizza.
