Cornbread
Ingredients:
- 160 g cornmeal
- 140 g flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g sugar
- 1 C Milk
- 1/4 C Oil
- 1 flax egg
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- In a small cast iron skillet heat oil.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add all wet ingredients except oil.
- Swirl your pan to coat with oil and then add the oil to the cornbread mixture.
- Pour batter into cast iron skillet.
- Bake in cast iron skillet for 20-25 minutes.
