Cloud Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 Eggs (separated)
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 T Cream cheese
  • 1 T Honey
  • dash rosemary (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. In a medium bowl beat egg whites and baking powder together until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate large bown beat egg yolks, cream cheese, and honey together.
  4. Gently combine all ingredients.
  5. On a parchment lined baking sheet pour 6 round dollops of mix.
  6. Sprinkle rosemary on top of each dollop.
  7. Bake at 300F for 17-20 minutes.
