Raw Falafel
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 C Sprouted Chickpeas
- 1 C Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
- 1 T Garlic (minced)
- 2 C Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 C Tahini
- 1 T Sea Salt
- 2 T Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 C Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 C Lemon Juice
- 1/2 C Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Curry Chutney
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Sun-Dried Lime
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Form 1 inch by 3 inch patties.
- Place on an oiled mesh dehydrator sheet.
- Dehydrate for 8 hours at 90 degrees or until they have a nice crust on the outside, but are still moist on the inside.
