That Stuff I Found Along the Way

Raw Falafel

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 C Sprouted Chickpeas
  • 1 C Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 T Garlic (minced)
  • 2 C Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 C Tahini
  • 1 T Sea Salt
  • 2 T Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 C Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 C Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 C Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Curry Chutney
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Sun-Dried Lime

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  2. Form 1 inch by 3 inch patties.
  3. Place on an oiled mesh dehydrator sheet.
  4. Dehydrate for 8 hours at 90 degrees or until they have a nice crust on the outside, but are still moist on the inside.
