Raw Corn Chips
Ingredients:
- 5 Ears Corn (cut kernels from cob)
- 4 T Ground Flax
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 T Cumin powder
Method:
- Place all ingredients into the Food Processor, except the ground flax.
- Puree until mix becomes soupy and is well mixed.
- Start adding the ground flax 1 T spoon at a time.
- Continue until the mixture starts to firm.
- Spread the mixture on a lined dehydrator tray.
- Dehydrate for 2-3 hours at 105F or until you can remove it easily from tray.
- Place the chips directly on the screen and continue to dehydrate for 3-4 hours.
- Allow to cool, The chips should become crisp.
