Raw Corn Chips

Ingredients:

  1. 5 Ears Corn (cut kernels from cob)
  2. 4 T Ground Flax
  3. 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  4. 1 T Cumin powder

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into the Food Processor, except the ground flax.
  2. Puree until mix becomes soupy and is well mixed.
  3. Start adding the ground flax 1 T spoon at a time.
  4. Continue until the mixture starts to firm.
  5. Spread the mixture on a lined dehydrator tray.
  6. Dehydrate for 2-3 hours at 105F or until you can remove it easily from tray.
  7. Place the chips directly on the screen and continue to dehydrate for 3-4 hours.
  8. Allow to cool, The chips should become crisp.
