Vegan Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 Medium Russet Potatoes (pealed and diced)
  • 1/4 C Veganaise
  • 1 T Mustard
  • 1 T Relish
  • dash Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Dill
  • Garlic Powder to taste

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water.
  2. Let potatoes cool to room temperature.
  3. In medium bowl mix all ingredients together.
