Vegan Potato Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 Medium Russet Potatoes (pealed and diced)
- 1/4 C Veganaise
- 1 T Mustard
- 1 T Relish
- dash Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Dill
- Garlic Powder to taste
Method:
- Boil potatoes in salted water.
- Let potatoes cool to room temperature.
- In medium bowl mix all ingredients together.
